For a rookie like me, I think 174 calories is a good start. This is the first day of the 12-day promo from City Fitness that I got. For the coming new year, one of my New Year’s resolution is to lose weight and be fit. I wanna keep my word on this, so I’m going to need a lot of patience, perseverance, strength, focus, and self-control in order to achieve this.
